Booth Pricing
Booth and sponsorship availability is subject to change.
Each booth comes with an 8' tall back drape, 3' tall side drapes, a skirted 6' table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth ID sign, along with Expo and After Party access for each attendee, based on the number of people registered per booth.
- Standard Booth 10×10 (2 reps) – $900
- Double Booth 10×20 (4 reps) – $1,700
- Triple Booth 10×30 (6 reps) – $2,550
- Quad Booth 20×20 (8 reps) – $3,400
- Non-Member Booth 10×10 (2 reps) – $1,150 per booth
*Additional booth attendees can be added for $125 per person.
Non-Exhibiting Attendees
Non-exhibiting sponsors attending the event will be charged the non-member single booth price of $1,150.

How to Sign Up for a Booth or Sponsorship
Member SignUp 
To log in to Expogenie and access booth or sponsorship selection, follow these steps:
- Select the option to log in using your Novi/AAA account if you are an existing member of one of our four local affiliates (AANA, GBAAA, MBAAA, or RRAA).
- Use the same email address and password you use for the AAA website or your local affiliate account.
- Complete any additional verification steps if prompted.
Non-Member SignUp
- Select the second button to create a new account.

- Try resetting your password on the AAA website in advance.
- Contact support prior to the selection date for assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attend the conference without purchasing a booth or sponsoring?
You must have a booth in order to attend PivotAL. Sponsorships are only available to suppliers who have purchased a booth at the event.
Can I schedule a night out with my clients?
Yes, please utilize Tuesday, October 6th, to treat your customers. Wednesday, October 7th, is reserved for the After Party event.No events are allowed during AAA Pivotal hours, including during the After Party.
Is there a host hotel?
The host hotel for overnight rooms is the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, available October 4–9, 2026.

The hotel room block is available at a rate of $184.00 per night and will remain open until September 14 or until it sells out, whichever comes first. Please note that you must be registered for Pivotal in order to be eligible to book within the room block.
I need my booth set up delivered to the event space, what is the address?

Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping costs. Last day for shipments: September 28, 2026
Special requests, such as carpet, additional tables, electricity, etc., are the exhibitor’s responsibility and will be at the exhibitor’s expense. The tradeshow area is already carpeted, so additional carpet is not necessary unless you would like something specific for your booth.

Will we receive an attendee list?
Yes! An attendee list will be emailed to exhibitors approximately two weeks prior to the event. Members may also log in to the AAA website at any time to view the current list of registered attendees.
What is the registration set-up times?
Initial registration and booth setup: Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 2:00–5:00 p.m. in the Sheraton Ballroom
Additional setup: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
All booths must be fully set up no later than 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
What are the exhibit hours?
Please ensure a representative is present at your booth during Expo hours:

What if I need to make a change to a person attending with our company?
A substitute attendee may be sent as a replacement with written notice submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. You can make these changes in your exhibitor portal. All names are due by September 30th.
Will I earn CECs for this conference?
Suppliers with a CAS designation who need to earn CECs should contact the AAA office for more information. To receive CECs, you will need to attend all required educational sessions in order to receive credit for your hours.

Please be aware that AAA does not sell or share attendee or member information with any third party.
