Pivotal 2025, Powered by AAA will be held October 22nd at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL. It is the premier state conference for the apartment industry. It will be attended by hundreds of multifamily housing professionals eager to stay abreast of trends in legal matters, social media and marketing, recruitment and retention, efficiency, technology, and more. Nationally acclaimed speakers and informative breakout sessions inspire attendees, fostering connections and facilitating discussions on pertinent industry topics.

The AAA trade show features exhibit booths and provides firsthand access to innovative solutions from countless experienced suppliers, empowering attendees to enhance their bottom line.

2025 Supplier Committee

Are you interested in helping with outreach for PivotAL 2025? We're excited to begin forming a Supplier Committee made up of supplier representatives from each affiliate.

This committee will play a key role in supporting conference outreach and encouraging supplier engagement leading up to the event. It will be led by Michelle Vickery from Chadwell Supply and will meet periodically to plan and collaborate.

The Host Hotel is Renaissance Riverview Plaza hotel, which is connected by a crosswalk to the Mobile Convention Center. The room block rate is $185/night and the cutoff date for reservations is September 22, 2025. Click HERE to make reservations and for additional details.
