Alabama Apartment Association Conference Terms and Conditions 

INCLEMENT WEATHER CLAUSE:
The Alabama Apartment Association will not refund Sponsorship or Registration fees for cancellations due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control. In the event of inclement weather, the event(s) will be rescheduled based on venue availability. All previous sponsorships and registrations will be honored for the new scheduled date. 

Early Bird Registration
Open June 8 – July 17, 2026. No exceptions.

Late Registration Fee
A late registration fee will apply September 21 – September 30, 2026.

Registration Deadline
No registrations will be accepted after September 30, 2026.

Attendee Cancellation Deadline
To receive a partial refund, a written cancellation request must be submitted by no later than September 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM. No exceptions.
