Pivotal 2024, Powered by AAA will be held October 24th at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL. It is the premiere state conference for the apartment industry and will be attended by hundreds of multifamily housing professionals eager to stay abreast of trends in legal matters, social media and marketing, recruitment and retention, efficiency, technology, and more. Early Bird Pricing is available until July 31st! Tickets will increase to $350. This ticket is for AAA member owner/management company attendees only. Suppliers must be exhibitors at the trade show in order to attend. This ticket includes access to the After Party.  Registration Ends 7/31/24 at 12:00 AM CDT

Half Day Registration
Half Day attendees will be able to attend either the morning sessions (8am-12:30pm, including the Lunch & Learn) OR the afternoon sessions (11:45am-3:45pm, including the Lunch & Learn). This ticket is for Owner/Management Company attendees only. Suppliers must be exhibitors in the trade show in order to attend the conference. This registration does not include a ticket to the After Party (7pm-10pm). Registration Ends 10/4/24 at 12:00 AM CDT

Drink Tickets

The Host Hotel is Renaissance Riverview Plaza hotel, which is connected by a crosswalk to the Mobile Convention Center. The room block rate is $175/night and the cutoff date for reservations is September 24, 2024. Click HERE to make reservations and for additional details.
