Kristi Schwartz

Kristi Schwartz brings over 20 years of multi-family experience to the GBAA Board of Directors. As a Regional Manager with Arbour Valley Communities, Kristi oversees a portfolio of 7 properties within Alabama and Georgia. Her primary focus within the GBAA for 2023 is to lend support to membership while also igniting passion and encouraging involvement.

Kristi resides in Cropwell, AL with her husband (Mike), 3 daughters (Kamden, Zoe, and Riley Kate) and their cats (Nemo and Junior).
