Ellen Maxime
President
Ellen Maxime is Vice President of Property Management with Delaney Development, Inc.; a family owned and operated Management Company in Mobile.
Ellen currently oversees operation of approximately 2200 apartment homes and has been in property management for 23 years. She began her career as a leasing agent and has been in her present position for thirteen years. Ellen attended the University of South Alabama. She received her NALP and CAM certifications through the National Apartment Association and is a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management she is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor in the state of Alabama.
Ellen has served the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association as both an officer and a director for many years including two years as President. She received the Presidents Achievement Award in 2005. She has served on the AAA board for a number of years and has been the PAC Ambassador for her local affiliate during the previous two years. She is honored to be serving as the 2008 State President.
Ellen is an active member of her church and community and was chosen as Diplomat of the Year by the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. Ellen truly enjoys her career in property management but above all the most important thing to her is being a wife of almost 15 years and a mother to her two daughters who are 7 and 9.

Frank Barefield
President-Elect
Frank Barefield is President of Abbey Residential, LLC, a real estate development company which owns a portfolio of approximately one-third of a billion dollars of multi-family properties. Barefield received a BS degree from the University of Alabama and an MBA degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma National Scholastic Honor Society. Barefield is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated from the University of South Alabama Banking School where he was valedictorian.
Barefield is past President of the Alabama Investment Property Owners Council and a past member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Homebuilders Association of Alabama. He is presently the President of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association. Barefield was the silver medalist at the 1974 World Powerlifting Championships and has been awarded the Master of the Sport award by the Amateur Athletic Union and the Elite Award by the U.S. National Weightlifting Committee.

Beau Daniel
Treasurer
Beau is the Director of Operations for Foshee Management Company in Montgomery, AL. Beau served as a member of the Montgomery Apartment Association's Board of Directors in 2005, as President Elect in 2006, and as President in 2007. He holds a marketing degree from Auburn University and has been employed in the multifamily housing industry since 2001. Beau is married to Brittany and has a son, Reed. |

Tracy Wiley
Secretary
Tracy Wiley has been in the property management business in excess of nine years. She is currently a Senior Property Manger with Arlington Properties in Huntsville, Alabama. She is the 2008-2009 President of the Apartment Association of North Alabama where she has served 4 previous years on the board. This is her second year on the Alabama Apartment Association board. She has held her NALP designation for eight years and received her CAM designation in 2006. Tracy has been married to her husband Drew for almost seven years and they are expecting their first child in April. |

Stephanie Tinney
Immediate Past President
Stephanie Tinney has been in the property management business in excess of thirteen years. She is currently in property management with Enfinger Steele Development in Huntsville, Alabama. She has gained experience through being involved in the development of seven new communities exceeding 1300 apartments. Her experience includes 5 years serving as an Area Manager. She has served 2 years on the Apartment Association of North Alabama Board, Alabama Apartment Association as well as the Vice President of the Multi Family Council in Huntsville. She is well versed in legislative issues and promotes education in the apartment industry with a CAM designation. Besides being a wife and mother of 3 children, she also finds is to be important to donate time to charitable organizations such as North Alabama Food Bank, CrossPoint Church and American Heart Association.
